Pieter-Frank van Dam

Pieter-Frank graduated in 1976 from the Royal Netherlands Naval College, with the officer’s licence. Thereafter he studied law at Tilburg University and graduated in February 1983. The same year he joined Boekel, van Empel & Drilling in Amsterdam as attorney. He moved his practice to Rotterdam in 1987, where he since has been working mainly at Koster, Claassen & Smallegange law office. In 2000 he was one of the founders of Smallegange, van Dam & van der Stelt Attorneys. Pieter-Frank is a member of the society of Personal Injury Attorneys. His practice concentrates on maritime, transport and insurance law, as well as personal injury claims.
