Daniëlle van der Kramer
Daniëlle van der Kramer graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam in August 2006 with a Masters degree in Company and Commercial Law. Her graduation thesis was on the international arbitration agreement according to article II(2) of the New York Convention 1958, the convention on the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. Before joining Smallegange January 2007, she worked eight months with the legal department of a major parcel tanker operator. Danielle was admitted to the bar in February 2007 and specialises in maritime law, inland waterway law, insurance law, (international) trade law and litigation.
