Willem has a commercial practice with a strong focus on shipping, transport and logistics. In addition, he advises on international aspects of trademark disputes. His clients include trading companies, carriers, logistics services providers, shipowners and (P&I) insurers. He is an active member of the Dutch Transport Law Association and since August 2016, he is a member of the editorial board of the Dutch maritime law reports ‘Schip & Schade’.
